ITC Conference Sponsor Packages 2008
All sponsors/exhibitors must complete a booking form and must have read the terms and conditions. Forms can be downloaded here, or requested by emailing the ITC Conference inbox.

Diamond (£6000) - includes:
- Events linked to sponsorship: Conference dinners, wine receptions and sponsored registrations
- Four complimentary registrations
- Corporate exhibition space: 3 meters wide
- ITC Full or Affiliate Membership dues for 2009 and 2010 included
- Corporate designated workshop consistent with conference theme
- Corporate name and logo appear in promotional brochure and conference program
- Corporate sponsorship acknowledged in subsequent publications
- One full-page advertisement in the conference program (must be received by November 2007)
- Corporate recognition at sponsored events
- Corporate promotional materials distributed at registration desk
Platinum (£4000) - includes:
- Events linked to sponsorship: lunches and sponsored registrations
- Two complimentary registrations
- Corporate exhibition space: 2 meters wide
- ITC Full or Affiliate Membership dues for 2009 and 2010 included
- Corporate name and logo appear in promotional brochure and conference program
- Corporate sponsorship acknowledged in subsequent publications
- One full-page advertisement in the conference program (must be received by November 2007)

Gold (£2000) - includes:
- Event linked to sponsorship: refreshments
- One complimentary registration
- Corporate name and logo appear in promotional brochure and conference program
- Corporate sponsorship acknowledged in subsequent publications

- Corporate recognition at sponsored events
- Corporate promotional materials distributed at registration desk
Silver (£1000) - includes:
- Corporate name and logo appear in promotional brochure and conference program
- Corporate sponsorship acknowledged in subsequent publications
- Corporate promotional materials distributed at registration desk
Exhibitor only (or cost of adding exhibitor space/internet connection to Gold/Silver sponsor levels):
3 meter wide space: £1500 + vat
2 meter wide space: £1000 + vat
Internet connection: £200 + vat
- Company name appears in conference promotional material
- Company name appears inside the conference programme/binder
- Exhibit space including 6ft table with cloth, two chairs per exhibitor stand and power point provided.
